Specs: Windows 7, 3
Hello everybody.
I have a Portege A600 since some months and recently my webcam stopped working. The camera assistant software gives a note telling that the camera is disabled or broken, But I do not know how to check whether it is disabled or not. I tried to re-install the drivers, I even upgraded to windows 7, but nothing works. Any possible solutions, please?
Many thanks in advance

Try this:

If your webcam is built in, supply EXACT Protege Model #.

Thanks a lot - but my device manager does not even see a camera (just an unknown device that is troubleshooting and has no drivers - but I have downloaded the latest version from Toshiba site). It is a built in camera. The exact model is Portege A600-133.
I apologize for disturbing once again.
Your help is appreciated
