All of a sudden my Toshiba Laptop can't see my CD-Rom drive. I have run all tests and it just doesn't show in the list of hardware installed. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Hopefully this page will help you: http://askbobrankin.com/cdrom_icon_... in the software fix when you scroll down....like is said, try a system restore 1st and if that works, your problem will be solved. If not, you may have to carry on.
Make sure you back up your registry before making changes so you can roll back if you have to...good luck
Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
