Toshiba laptop BIOS password lost

Specs: Windows 7

somehow I lost my BIOS Password on my A300. I think it has sth to do with the upgrade from vista to WIN 7. Anyhow I just cant remember setting up one. But how can I reset it or get to the BIOS now?Its go this H2 Insyde Bios. Can anybody help?

Changing the OS has nothing to do with the BIOS. Why do you need to access the BIOS anyway?

@Jam:Well I think I set the password through the Toshiba supervisor thingy and then I changed the system. I really cant recall it but usually I am really sensitive about my passwords..somehow I lost it...but the truth is I just like have access to the bios in general - if I really have to check up on something. Its always good to have full access to your PC-So these links all suggest muckin around with the wires-well this is the hard way and I think I'll wait until I try these options- maybe there is a softer way through a startup disc?
