my laptop wont turn on. only the led light is flushing. my mate say that its something to do with video card but i really dont know where this video card is help please

The video card is built into the motherboard and the good news is, it's not likely the video card is the problem. More likely it's the power supply.

The bad news is, it too is on the motherboard and replacing it (the mobo) is expensive.

Your best bet for a proper diagnosis of the problem is to take it in to a Toshiba ASP and have them look at it.

Check your warranty; it may still be covered since it's not such an old machine.
