I got my laptop for 2 & a half years. Everything is ok since this May.Every time i turn on my computer or run it without plugged in the AC adapter it start normally and then it loads up the desktop like usual. But every time when the AC is plugged in ( after the desktop just shown up) it just freeze the screen or the screen also got a lot of stripe on it here is the picture of it http://img2.pict.com/ff/e8/2c/36742... ( although this is not my laptop but the thing was happen on that screen was exactly look like my laptop's screen) and this is the third situation that is my laptop also restarts by itself. But when i using the safe mode it works fine and perfectly although i using it with the AC adapter plugged in. And my laptop after it run on the battery power for a moment while i scanning my computer by using Trend Mirco Antivirus and i have to wait for it to finished the vulnerability checking and then i plugged in the power supply and it works fine.If i just keep doing that circle it fine, but sometimes i just did like that but it still got the same problem though i got some work to do on the laptop right at that time so if i want to use the laptop to do somework i had to use the Safemode. After i used the safemode and finished my works i tried to start it normally and do the "cirle" to prevent it freeze or whatever and it worked. Please help me!!!!!!!!
Safe mode boots up loading the Windows Default Drivers. If something works in safemode but not in Normal Mode then it points to a driver problem. You may have your laptop to autoinstall updates which has installed a driver that has bugs. either try downloading the latest drivers for your laptop or install the ones that came with your laptop.
