this card worth putting in?

CPU/Ram: PIII 700 / 386mb sdram

someone gave me a pci soundblaster es1370 sound card and i want to know if i will benifit from putting it in and letting it take over from my onboard sound (intel AC'97)

i understand there is a 64 and a 128 version of the card in question but im not sure which mine is

theres info on it here i think http://vgr.tc3net.com/soundblaster/es1370.pdf
but its too much for me to take in. any help is muchly appreciated

The ESS 1370 card is a very old design. The AC97 is much better.
