You didn't explain what your thermal problem is.
On your video card, do you have the mounting screw installed?

If you can't fix it, blow it up and deny that you saw anything.

I'm not EXACTLY sure what you are saying but:

Parts will expand and move as they are heated up, and if they are not properly secured they will shift far enough out of position to start losing contact.

The other problem are the cantacts on the card themselves. As they heat they tend to expand, and oxidize (an insulating coat on the contacts), sometimes to the point of losing contact.

Check all contacts and gently reform any lose ones with a small screwdriver. take a small piece of plastic scrub pad NOT STEEL WOOL (the fragments can break off on the baord and cause shorts)and gently clean the board contacts.

Hi,
I installed the mounting screw; and I had checked all connection before I opened the case of PC, I cleaned inside the PC mobo, and also I unscrewed all expansion card (Modem, Video card) for cleaning purpose; At last it worked!!! But again that same problem arrived after 4-5 months later on, and I had to fix same way.
Thanks for any help!

I installed screw for all PCI cards; whenever I had faced this kind of weird problem, and I unscrewed all the PCI cards in order to reseat them back very firmly; At last it worked.
But the same problem arrived after 4-5 months later on.
Regards
