there is 0kb files in dvd

i have dvd rom(asus) and i use powerDVD as a software. my powerDVD cant play certain dvds. when i check the dvds file, all files in the dvds show 0kb. it just happen with certain dvds, not all. this dvds can play in dvd player, so i think that this is not a dvds problem. it must be my dvd rom's problem.
so what i gonna do.. please help me.

You don't give much details but if this is a situation arising from a copy ,the folders may be empty because of problems when the DVD was done.It is always a good practice to make an image of the folders and files before burning the actual DVD.Good luck.
