i download the sims 3 and when but when i click play it says that i need to update my video card to fit requirments. i dont know what kind of video card download i need and i dont know if i need to update anything else. the product number on the back of the tower says pcv2244. i know my computer is atleast 6 years old. i dont think we have any updates. how do i get and update my version of windows? i had 2003 but it didnt work because it was too old, i deleted it because i have microsoft works word processer. what do i do?? please help. thanks.

Wow, you're all over the place on this one. You don't download a video card, it's a piece of hardware you install on your computer. Downloading the Sims indicates you downloaded an illegal copy of it so you won't get much help here but I would suggest Googling The Sims 3, find the website and look at the specifications needed for the game.
