Just installed a Linksys wireless router/adapter and after some work, its working. (Thanks Ryan!) Now I would like to know if there is a web site that I can use to test the setup and make sure its solid. Thanks. By the way, I bought the WRT54G2 with the WMP54G adapter.

What to do mean? make sure it's solid. Either it works or it doesn't.
Wi-fi like any other kind of radio communications is subject dropouts, inference and variations in signal strength. All these will affect how well it works at any given time.
There are tests you can do on a wi-fi installation to test its robustness, but that needs to be done on-site wth some pretty expensive equipment, not from a remote web site.

What do you mean by "solid?" Can you get online? If so, the connection is working.

Sisoft SANDRA has a networking module that can measure the transfer speed. Google for a free version.
SIW.exe will show you what computers are on the network and what ports are open.

If it is security you are worried about make sure you are using WPA and not WEP. Use AES encryption if it is available.
If he router has the facility use MAC filtering. All these combined will make the job of a hackers that more difficult.
Information on all these can be found in the routers manual.
