System shutting down while logging

When I press ALT+CTRL+DEl system automatically shutting down.. any one can help me?

If you press those keys twice, that's normal behavior for Windows.

If that happens after you press those keys once, that's not normal. In that case you need to describe the problem(s) you are having and what you're seeing, etc., etc.
