Syncing Outlook and Phone

I currently have a Treo 650, which allows me to synchronize my Outlook inbox, task, calendar, contacts, and memos over bluetooth using HotSync.

I'm looking at getting a new phone, but I am having a hard time finding a solution that will allow me to keep all of the above mentioned items synchronized between my desktop (running Outlook) and my phone. Some of the new phones I am looking at are those running Palm WebOS, Android, or BlackBerry. None of which seem to support syncing over bluetooth.

What options do I have to make sure my phone and Outlook always have synchronized contacts, calendar, tasks, and mail items? Are there any online services that will provide this?

Any phone running Windows Mobile will sync quite happily - HTC phones, in various guises, are my own personal favourites. I was told (by a Blackberry rep!?) that they can do the same, but I wouldn't be too sure without seeing it myself.
