I have this logitech webcam that i havent used in a while. I plugged it in and installed the necessary software from the logitech website. After the install, the program wasnt receiving signal from the webcam and there was a item in the device manager under other devices labeled usb with a yellow exclamation. This is most definatly the webcam as it only comes on when i plug the webcam in (via usb).

Does that mean its simply a driver? In the past, the software from the website was usually enough. Could it be a damaged webcam? Dont kno how it got damaged if it is tho.

For USB devices, you generally install the drivers 1st, THEN connect the device...it seems like you did the opposite?

Right click on the device with the yellow exclamation, click uninstall, then reboot.
