Switching the Responsibility of Hard Driv

Hello. I have an older computer with 2 hard drives them. Drive (F:) has about 12 gigs and the other (C:) has 0, and i want to shift the memory duties from C: to F:. how would i go about doing that if it's possible.?

If I read you correctly you are asking about the paging file. Google your OS and how to move the pagefile for the how to.
