Hello. I have an older computer with 2 hard drives
them. Drive (F:) has about 12 gigs and the other
(C:) has 0, and i want to shift the memory duties
from C: to F:. how would i go about doing that if
it's possible.?

If I read you correctly you are asking about the paging file.
Google your OS and how to move the pagefile for the how to.

See also help and support pages in xp at the start button. Look for disk cleanup help also maybe look at drive compression. Use clean up first.
Look for personal data files that might be deleted or saved off to cd's or dvd's.
