Thinking I was so techie, I bought the 2GB ram to
replace the 1GB on my new Asus netbook. Ha, I can't
even get the screw off the backplate of the
compartment. Now what??

I don't think 2 gigs of ram in a netbook will make any difference. Send it back or return it.

Why can't you get the screw loose? Is it a torx?

thank you all!! I took my new toy netbook to a local Mac store
and they replaced the ram. hahaha How nice was that? Now I
need to load up the bells and whistles of my programs. Anyone
have experience going back and forth with a memory stick from
Pc to Mac? Any tips?
thanks
