S-Video Out to VGA

On my ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder 8500 there is a S-Video Output, and I want to connect this to a monitor. A guy at Radio Shack told me that there is such a thing as a S-Video to VGA adapter cable, but that I would have to find it online. Can anyone tell me where to find that?
