Sunix Serial Port

OS: WinXP Pro SP2
CPU/Ram: 3.2GHZ / 2 GB

I need to install the driver for Sunix 4037A Multiport Serial Card (or at least this is the name from the product's harware properties). It have already downloaded it but whenever I try to install, Windows say that "was not installed properly".
Is it any way I can find the correct product's model name so I can easily find the driver again and so I won't have to open the PC case?
