Seasonic and corsair are both good PSU brands.
The memory frequency is killing the perfomance, ddr3 1866mhz 1.5v should be used. 4gb isn't enough for workstation applications, u need more.

You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.

As stated by kuwese, the slow RAM is killing performance. Why the workstation graphics card, are you heavily involved in CADD & 3D graphics design?

As for the power supply, Seasonic & Corsair are a couple of the best. One thing you might not know about Corsair is that they do NOT manufacturer PSUs. Many of PSUs they sell are actually made for them by Seasonic. Stay away from the low quaility brands typically available in India - PowerSafe, iBall, VIP, Odyssey, Power3, Zebronics - they are complete garbage.
