Sufficient POWER SUPPLY

Quick question: Will a 340W power supply be enough to support a Asus A7v8x Mobo, Radeon 9000 graphics card, Athlon XP 2000+, 256Mb ddr ram (pc2700), an 80gb HD and about 3 case fans? Or is it definately going to be too little and Ill require a 400W PSU.
Also, if I upgrade graphics and CPU to an athlon XP 2800+ in the future, would this require a PSU upgrade?

its not the wattage that counts its the amperage on the individual lines some cheap 450w units do not have the amps of a good 350w unit read the specs of whatever you decide to buy
