Is there anyway to do something on this drive?.
Please let know detail information.

How do you know the drive isn't powering up? If in fact that is the issue then try a different power connector. If it won't spin up there isn't much that can be done other than attempting to change the circuit board or professional recovery services. Changing the circuit board is iffy at best.

Just because you can't boot doesn't mean the drive is dead.

Watch the POST screens at start up to see if the BIOS is configuring that drive. If so, the drive is probably OK.

So the computer will power up and run but the drive won't spin?
If you have tested this drive with different powersupplies and it refuses to spin at all then your choices are limited.

You can buy an identical drive from the same manufacturing series and swap the control boards. There is no guarantee this will resolve the problem as the internal motors might be the failed component rather than the circuit board.

The chances are slim, but you could do a Google search for 'hard drive freezer trick'.
