I didn't use computer for a day and it was unplugged from the wall. Now i plugged it in and turn the power on. Now my soundcard is it not recognized. There's a question mark in Multimedia device, and my soundcard (x-fi) is totally missing from the Audio devices section. What happened?? I rebooted, but still no joy.

HUH. Solved! I was already downloading my SC drivers, when i bumped into a solution while googling. Someone else has had the same problem, and turning off the computer, turning off the power strip for a few minutes was helped. It helped for me too!! YAY!
