Hey guys A friend has this problem with his laptop that this morning when he tried to turn it on he got the page with the safemode choices and all the stuff. When you enter normally it just hangs but when you get into safemode it goes all the way to the line window\system32\drivers\agp440.sys and it won't do anything after. What is the problem? the video card? How should we solve it? thanks

Uninstall the video card drivers. Once back into windows normal mode. Reinstall them.
