this message appears startup and freezes the laptop.

Obviously - check the keyboard for any key that is stuck in the depressed position, and if you find one or more, unstick it/them if you can.
If the laptop has been used a lot, you may need to replace the keyboard - they're a commonly replaced item and relatively not all that expensive.
You have not supplied which brand and model you have. How to remove the keyboard is in the service manual for some makes/models.
