Hello! My problem is I put a music CD in my DVD drive with intent to rip it to my iPod, and now the drive will not open. The CD is not removable, which is bad because if the other user of my computer finds out that I borrowed their CD I will be in a lot of trouble. I don't have a drive with a pinhole that you can jam a paper clip in, sadly. Does anyone have a solution? Please help! Emilie

If you shut down and restart the computer, you should be able to open the drive tray. Unless the CD is actually stuck...In which case, you'll have to open the case and remove the DVD drive, then open it up to get the CD out.
