Dell. Check their Support site and see if your laptop is still under warranty. You can get a replacement keyboard.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried connecting another keyboard to the laptop?

No, I didn't. But, It's sure the problem is in the internal keyboard.

No any ideas for fixing it myself, I don't think that I can fix it under the warranty.

Perhap the keys have debris accumulated under them. First clean the laptop keyboard - who knows it may cure the problem.

If you look on the bottom of the laptop you will see some screw holes with letters next to them. Some will have the letter K indicating keyboard. Remove them and the keyboard should just lift out.

However, be careful with the ribbon cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard. Make a note of how it is connected before you disconnect it. It can be a bit of a pain to get back in as well if you are not used to replacing ribbon cables.

If you are not absolutley sure you can reconnect it is best get someone that knows what they are doing to have a look at it. Space is at a premium inside laptops and working on them can be very difficult.

Go to Dell's Support site. Enter the ST of the laptop, and you can download the User Manual. Is the machine still under warranty?

I've read the manual of my laptop and I know how to get my keyboard out but, the problem is getting out that keyboard is much riksy thing to do that's one, second the problem doesn't look from debris, something is wrong with it, pressing one letter key types two, pressing W gives SW and pressing K gives KI and so on. is it expensive to change that internal keyboard ?
