You haven't supplied enough info.

We need to know

- what the message says, exactly??

- the make and model of your brand name system, or if you have a generic system, the make and model of your desktop mboard.
If you don't know, we at least need to know whether it's a desktop or tower computer, or a laptop computer.

- any other info you can supply such as....
- when did this first start happening - after what or after you did what or after what software was installed??
- are there any other symptoms?
- etc., etc.

I need you to tell me what you see

- the stuff in this between '<......>'

'<PackageName>'
'<PathToPackage>'
'<ProductName>"

Error message 1
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package '<PackageName>' in the box below.

Error message 2

When you click OK in the dialog box that appears in error message 1, you may receive the following error message:
The path '<PathToPackage>' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package '<PackageName>' in a folder from which you can install the product <ProductName>.

Error message 3

When you click Cancel in the dialog box that appears in error message 1, you may receive the following error message:
An installation package for the product <ProductName> cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package '<PackageName>'.

When you click OK in the dialog box that is mentioned in error message 3, you may receive the following error message:
Fatal error during installation.

........

You should not have been getting this message at all when you first got the computer.

When did it first appear?

Had you just installed some software?

E.g. you can get this message regarding iTunes or Quicktime.
