Static sound when using mic boost

I get an annoying static sound when microphone boost in windows is on.

I have SoundMAX.

Oh yea, i use Sennheiser PC130.

So my headset is fine and it works on other PCs.

And people cannot hear me on Ventrilo/Teamspeak if mic boost isnt on.
