Hi my boss wants me to purchase a "Shielded handset phone cord" for the phone in our conference room. He says it is the power cord from his lap top that is causing the static noise. I haven't been able to find one. Any suggestions??

I doubt it's the power cord from his laptop, the laptop itself, could be. If it's a standard phone, (not one with 1001 lines and buttons) you try one of the newer 5.8ghz phones. If it's one with multiple lines and extentions, you would need to make enquiries from a phone supply store, or from the service provider.
