startup, no output power

Specs: Windows XP
OK, so I just built my PC, turned it on and everything works fine. I get windows installed and decid im going to bed for the night, so I turn it off. Next morning I awake to see that my PC will not turn on. I press power and it seems as if the PC is turning off and on, and off and on.

Here is what I have tried. Removing video card and using intigrated, no luck. removed the ram and put one card in, no luck. removed processor and put it back in, no luck. unplugged power from everything and plugged it back in, no luck. tried asking you guys...luck??

oh also I get no beeps on startup

oh **** i think I just fried the mobo, i removed the ram to see if there are beeps and now it doesn't even turn on...any help guys?

Dunno if beep ever worked.

You can get some ideas from any fans or keyboard lights or hard/floppy drive blinks during post.

If the power supply now will not turn on then just connect one hard drive to the PS only and use paper clip to jump the two PS motherboard wires. Be sure you are on the low voltage 20/24 pin and on the correct pins. Plenty of how to's on web.

If your PS fan starts up and you test for voltage then suspect the on off button or the lan between them on the motherboard.
