I have a Toshiba Laptop model# L505D, It is having an intermittant startup problem. When I shut off my laptop and it sits a few minutes, I have trouble getting it to start again. I press the start button and I can hear and feel the laptop notice the DVD player. The lights for power cord, Battery, start, and wifi all light up. However nothing happens. screen stays black. I then close the laptop and wait 5 minutes for it to automatically shut down. Then I retry to start it. Sometimes it starts up and sometimes it takes 5-6 restarts. If I just hold the power button down to shut it off after the 5 second limit, the comuter still will not restart. I have to wait for it to shut itself off and then restart. What is the most common problem? I have done disk check multiple times. I have Norton Internet Security 2012 and done a full system scan twice with no errors or viruses. What is the most likely problem?
