speeding up games

CPU/Ram: 384DDR2100/P4 1.6

384MB DDR2100
GF TI 4200se (128MB,4xAGP)
P4 1.6gHz

Most of my games run at just under 60 fps on this setup.

If I added a stick of 512MB ram, should that be enough to cap the difference and run stuff smoothly? I'm already using low detail/res...
