Speakers can't be detected after windows 7 installation

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, 2GB
Hi,i got a problem with my pc and i need to reinstall my windows.(Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit). After installation,my speakers are not being detected anymore (I tried other speakers and Headphones also but in vain)!!! I tried everything : I install the latest realtek audio drivers,I go on my mainboard website(biostar website) and install the realtek driver available there also,but nothing work!!

There is icon with a red cross in the taskbar telling no speakers or headphones are plug in!!. When i right-click and go to Playack devices - properties - properties again - It is written : Your device is working properly!! And the driver version is

Sounds like driver issue, post the board model number.

Download driver here:
though the driver number appears to be correct for Windows 7 64bit.

Try plugging in the speaker into the motherboard rear jack while the computer is ON, this should bring up the speaker/headphone/mike set up box where plugging it in when the computer is off and turning it on will not.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
