ne 1 out there have the tsunmi xg 5100 sub speakers? and have the same nightmare, pop pop crackle, hiss? tried on other sound cards same probs, usin power, spike protected plugs, turn lights off on, or any thing electrical in the house, pop pop. worst £55 i spent the best thing outta it was the free joypad.

That's a tough one man. Since the speakers are brand new, maybe look at all of your cables, plugs, etc. and even your sound card. Once you have made sure that's all good, I would return the speakers. The only time I ever had such a problem was when I installed a new card and forgot to disable onboard sound.
