Speaker Buzzing after New PSU

My old PSU (250W) died, so I had a new one (400W) put in and while I was at it, I took the tower outside and blew it out with some air duster. I plug it back in, get it running, everything fine, except I get a slight buzz out of the speakers. I've plugged and unplugged, checked connections, etc, run speaker diagnostics to no avail. The soundcard is a Soundblaster Live with 2 Harmon/Kardon speakers and a subwoofer. No odd or new appliances are plugged into nearby outlets. Does anyone know what might be causing this buzz?

The hum has gone away after I unplugged the power from the speakers from the surge protector that has the rest of the computer/peripherals and plugged it directly into an outlet. But why was it doing it before?
