Comment:

I received a SoundBlaster SB0820 PCI-E sound card from a dead Gateway computer. It has a header on it which I believe is for connecting to front audio ports. Unfortunately, the pins are unlabeled and the Gateway site doesn't have the manual for the card.

Does anyone know what the pinout on the card is? Is it the standard AC97 or something else?

That header is for connecting the SoundBlaster Drive, althou it is possible to connect the frontal audio ports, i've tried to do that with several SB card (Live, Audygy, X-Fi) I just can't find that pinout anywhere.

Never actually tried to connect the connectors not until I find the pinouts.

Once upon a time the floppy disk was king.
