I installed a Soundblaster Live! 5.1 and the soundblaster launcher bar does not appear at the top of my desktop like the manual says it should. I reinstalled it and it didn't make a difference. Does anyone have a solution?

If you go to start>programs> creative, then select..taskbar? it may be called tool bar. There should be a place in that toolbar to select something like.. always show taskbar at startup, or something to that effect.
Or, you might try clicking start>run> type: msconfig ..in the box>click startup, or start menu> make sure the creative items are selected...trial and error will reveal the one you want.
