When I am surfing the internet and images load up (or flash movies), my sound sputters (skips). I updated my drivers, updated windows, and it's still there. Any help would be appreciated. And if you find anything wrong with my setup, please feel free to tell me.

If your audio files are on the same hard drive as Windows then it can make them skip when it's loading stuff up. I don't know if this is the problem but it could be. If possible try using a second hard drive for your audio and see if it still does it. Other than that I can't suggest anything. You could also try turning down the audio acceleration in DirectX. --Jon
