SCENARIO
--------
I have a sound problem that keeps annoying me all the time.Whenever I move the mouse or browse or scroll a webpage,I get a buzz noise which of course is audible.I formatted the system, installed the latest drivers from Realtek website, installed different OS,changed the speakers etc but still no use.The sound card is built in.Also when i try to increase the volume of the speaker, the buzzing noise increases. Thus,if i have to reduce this noise level,I reduce the windows volume lever to around 15-20%.In this case, the sound is almost gone and the worst thing is that when i move the slider to increase the volume level,I might get a high sound from the left speaker finally to the right speaker and in the end, both speaker.GOD..this is driving me nuts..any input in this regard,is highly appreciated..thanks

Sounds like RF interference. Do you have any other Stereo or radio's plugged into the same wall socket? Do you have anything else near your PC that could cause this? How about the lighting above your system. What type is it? If none of these apply, then it must be the built in sound system. Try another sound card.

Have you tried moving your speakers further away from your system sounds like feedback to me.

Make sure your speakers are plugged in the proper connection to also always worth double checking.
