I'm looking for a sound card with SPDIF pins so I can pass through my video card and its HDMI connector. Any suggestions?

SOLVED: The Asus Xonar D1 does this along with a 2 pin SPDIF cable (assuming your card does not come bundled with one already). It's cheap and simple to set up. Just follow this pinout guide for the D1's SPDIF out header (labeled): OxOO <- GND
