I have an Integrated Sound Blaster® Audigy™HD Software Edition sound card and before i upgraded to vista i had a utility that i could configure the speakers, bass boost and everything but i dont know what it was called and now I have vista and there isnt enough bass or a way to configure my speakers. What is a good utility to sontrol my sound card preferably with an equilizer and bass boost.

Go to the site posted here and download and then instal the Audigy software.

You are correct to think that this program should still remain after the Vista update.
Look in C:/program files/sound blaster and look for the name of the software that you think it is called. It will need to have .exe at the end for it to be an executing file(ie.start up). If you find it then create a shortcut to your Desk Top.

Downloading the software and re-installing it will also put your icons back where they were before. This will also update the software
Good luck

ok i downloaded the utility from the website and upgraded to the audigy version which is what I had on xp. (I chatted with dell before i did this and got them to credit me $20 for the software i lost) but after i activated it i still have the demo version. It still has the upgrade betton, but when i hit it it says sucessfully activaed and tells me to run the download MBsetup.exe. Now where is this file?? im stumped ive tried a bunch of things but cant seem to get the full version to work.
