Dear friends, I have just come into possession of a sony vaio pcg-705 notebook with a broken screen, (all cracked, u can actually see the some liquid inside....) i have succesfully removed the tft screen, and found a number: Hitachi TX31D21VC1CAF; this can be found as a standard part costing anywhere between 200£ and 500£... Yet, I can get other broken laptops for 50 quid. Does anyone know of a laptop that uses this same screen? Its a Hitachi TX31D21VC1CAF12.1 inch screen. Thanx, Spinal P.S.
