i have a sony rx450 it says i have to have 120v for my powersuppy which came with it. now my power supply burned out for that will a 350watt power supply work with this siny motherboard? thanks

If you are worried that 350 watts would be too much for your motherboard, that's not a problem. The 350 watts is the maximum that it will put out. But it will only supply the amount that the motherboard needs.
I have no idea what a Sony RX450 is, but the power supply physically fitting in your case might be something to be concerned about.

It appears to be a Sony Vaio. I don't know what type of PSU it uses.

Does you Sony Vaio power supply have a fan on the bottom that connects to an air guide over the cpu and the cpu has no fan?
If so you will have to get a similar type power supply. Or you will have to install a fan and heat sink on the cpu.
