✔ Best Answer
First, disconnect from the internet immediately. If it is a Desktop, unplug the network cable. If it is a laptop, disconnect from your Wi-Fi network if you are using one. If the hacker stops you, then unplug the power cable to your router. Do not reconnect under any circumstances. Let me know when you have disconnected.

Okay, just be patient. Now take a look in Task Manager again. Look at the processes. Are there 16 svchost.exe or 16 scvhost.exe?

Reload the OS from the OEM disks and then put on a good security suite and all updates. Then learn and follow as many best practices as you can.
