I'd just like to run a system upgrade past you to see what you think - this is the first time I've attempted an upgrade so any advice from people with similar systems would be great. Is it worth going for the ASUS Deluxe board? Is the XFX 6600 GT SLI Graphics card better? Should I choose RAM that is not in the Corsair "Value Select" range? and be going for the TWINX1024-3200C2PT Someone told me that Antec PSUs are currently out of favour and the one to look for is the Tagan TG480-U01 what do you think? and.... what's a cool functional case, is the Antec P160 any good? Will I be able to run my old HDDs & DVD/CDs ok? Or have I actually got it all completely wrong? Any advice welcome, I've got broad shoulders. Sounds like you have a real nice machine already. Why do you want to upgrade it?? Are you falling for the marketing machine hype or doesn't your machine work for what your doing with it?? When all is said and done More is said than done..
