smart harddisk check detected an iminent fail

Specs: Windows 7
when i start my laptop, i get message that the smart hard disk check detected an iminent failure.
when i check the hard disk, quick check was pass but didnot pass for full check.
please help me...

Your hard drive is likely to fail in the near future. Back up your important data ASAP. If you delay, recovery of your data may become much more difficult.

Yes, I agree with LMiller7 to suggest you to back up your data asap because my server was not backed up as well as I thought when it crashed, and I needed customer info on it back as soon as possible. Rapid could offer me a recovery, but warned it might take a bit of time. They suggested Fields Data Recovery’s emergency service. Rapid was helpful and didn’t charge me for the referral though.
