Small Form Factor Graphics?

Looking for graphics card that will fit into SFF (small form factor) workstations. If you plan on telling me to go to newegg please provide a specific link to a SFF card.

SFF cards are literally almost 1/3 height of normal PCI cards. PCI not AGP required. I'd love to find a dual port SFF card but i doubt it happening. I plan on utilizing the onboard AGP along with a new card. I would like to find DVI-I however DVI-D or VGA would work fine.

Choices are very limited. Here are two to get you going. If you need a low profile mounting bracket, you'll have to go with the 2nd card.
