CPU/Ram: 1800Xp 512DDr

I've recently got broadband from NTL, the 600Kb service.
When I download from a webpage the I get speeds of about 60Kb/sec.
When I download from Kazaa I get a maximum of 10Kb/sec.
I was just wondering if this was normal, cos it seems slow to me.

Yes it's normal, I am on NTL 600k to, I use kazaa I can get downloads speeds of 0.10k and up to 73k sometimes, just depends on who you get the file from, as it is a file sharing programme it does tend to go a bit slow at times, it annoys me to, ( always seems to download slow on the file you really want lol )
