Simple case fan question

When I install my rear case fan, should it blow air into the case, (closewise fan blade rotation) or suck out (anti clockwise rotation).

- rear fans should blow outward (exhaust)
- front fans are unnecessary, but if you insist on having one, it should blow inward (intake)
- side panel fans are disruptive & shouldn't be installed

I might add, however, that my 120mm front fan helps keep my Hard Drives 10C cooler than without. Of course, this depends entirely upon case design. My HD rack is right smack in front of that 120mm fan, so obviously this is beneficial.
