i was looking on eBay for a 32mb PCI video card for a Penitum 2 450mhz Gateway with 256mb, and i stumbled across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Sierra-Screamin-3D-PCI-Video-card_W0QQitemZ8718316948QQcategoryZ3762QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

problem is it doesnt even have a heatsink so i was wondering is it actually 32mb as he claims?? the only google search referance i could find said it is only 4mb. is it actaully 32mb?? i dont wanna get ripped off! thank you.
