Did a reinstall of Wind98 and the screen has reduced in size. How do i get it back to normal. I am just a computer use and not not versed in computer jargon. May ned step by step instructions. .Any help is apprciated.

a default installation of Windows 98 will only have a few basic drivers. These can give you things like USB mouse functionality and limited video display, but nothing too fancy.

However, your video hardware likely has more specific drivers that should be installed after the OS. These allow for a higher color spectrum and higher resolution.

Google or Compaq/HP can help you determine what Video Drivers you need to install in Windows 98 for your specific Video Hardware.
